Steps to Become an Inclusion Helper Substitute:

  1. Complete an online employment application and attach supporting documentation (copy of transcript, degree, teaching certificate, etc.).
  2. Contact by school administration regarding possible assignment.
  3. Completion of fingerprinting/background check as applicable
  4. Submission of required documents (Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card, I-9 Form, Direct Deposit Form, New Hire Personal Information Form, Tax Withholding Form)
