Develops efficient and timely workflows to manage the cataloging and processing of library materials.
Processes and catalogs library media materials according to county specifications. Receives and inventories library materials.
Prepares, ships, and tracks processed library materials via HCPS courier.
Maintains ongoing and open digital communication, initiating and responding to librarians and media technicians.
Maintains inventory and requests supplies to support the processing of library materials.
Supports librarians and media technicians by sharing updates and providing training in the Library Management System.
Supports the development of the Sora Digital Library by maintaining accurate access levels.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
|
High school diploma or GED; college credits preferred.
Experience in media or library field preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
